UNIVERSO Déménagements & Transports was born from experience gained directly in the moving and transport sector, through work in recognized companies in the field and collaboration with highly qualified professionals. Before founding the company, Mateus Duarte Prates worked in the moving sector at established companies, where he had the opportunity to learn and develop his expertise alongside professionals with many years of experience. This journey allowed him to understand the standards of organization, logistics, furniture protection and efficiency that define an excellent moving service. The idea of creating the company arose from this collaboration with professionals in the field. In conversations with a work partner — who today is part of the project as a partner — the vision was born to build a company that combined experience, professionalism and a new way of serving clients, based on organization, trust and quality of service. The name UNIVERSO was chosen to represent scope, growth and the vision of building a solid company, prepared to offer complete moving and transport solutions with professionalism and responsibility.
